Our First Aid training offerings are OFQUAL validated and, where specified, formally certified. One consequence of this validation is that the minimum specified curriculum for many of our courses is officially set. We can, and regularly do, supplement these minimum curriculum requirements but are unable to exclude any of the required elements. Any training specifically designed for a group would, of course, not be subject to this requirement.

During our courses we supply any required specialist equipment; resuscitation manikins, AED trainers, choke vests, first aid consumables etc.

Where we are delivering training at your premises we require only an adequately heated  room large enough to accommodate the class size, bearing in mind that floor space is required for practice scenarios, and at least one standard 13amp power socket. Should AV equipment be required to deliver the course it will be supplied by ourselves.

In our view effective First Aid is largely a set of practical skills combined with confident situation management. Consequently our training has a large component of practical skill acquisition and well structured scenarios. It is also our aim to make the training as much fun as possible!
